- For your protections and ours please fill in the form completely and include it with your package. Please mark each device with the number 1,2,3.. as you have them listed on the form.
- If possible send us the board only (there is an extra charge for devices that are not disassembled).
- We service our mail in repairs on a first come first serve basis, but please allow us more time for packages with more than five devices.

- Once your package is received it will be updated in to our system and we will notify by email your ticket number and you’ll be able to check your order status on our website.
- We will notify you when the repairs are complete and you will be able to make payments through PAYPAL.
